INDUSTRIAL VISIT OF KC POLYTECHNIC STUENDENTS OF MECHANICAL AND AUTOMOBILE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AT RCF KAPURTHALA

The department of Mechanical & Automobile engineering of KC Polytechnic College Organized an industrial visit to Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala . A Group of 40 students of mechanical & automobile engineering branch of 4th semester and 6th semester visited the company under the supervision of lecturer Er.Kulwinder Singh & Daljit Kumar (workshop sudtt.)

All the students of the department visited different shop of the company and learnt about sheet metal work ,bending welding , CNC Laser cutting and laser welding Our students also interact with company's research and development cell and tool room knowledge about practical work. Company's representative Er Jagtar Singh gave a brief lecture on the company profile.

While concluding Er. R.K. Moom (Principal) also motivates students to take part in technical competitions and participate in placement organized by various companies. He also motivates students to focus more on practical knowledge which would help them broaden their horizons in technical skills. Er.Parwinder Kumar (HOD ME& AE) encourage the students to show more interest in practical work.
