The Kite flying was organized in KCCE on the eve of Basant Panchmi on 22 Jan, 2018. Basant Panchmi referred to SARSWATI PUJA or SHREE PANCHMI or the BASANT FESTIVAL of KITES. It is a Hindu & Sikh festival held on the fifth day of Magha making the start of spring and holy season. On this day the firstly staff and students of KCCE worship the Goddess Sarswati Devi the goddess of knowledge, music, art & culture. After that Gourav shared her thoughts abouts Basant Panchami in the form of speech. He also narrates the Saraswati Chalisa. After that kite flying was organized.
Students of KCCE participated with great enthusiasm in the Kite Flying. All the teachers also motivated students by involving them in kite flying.
In the end ladoo were distributed among all the students and staff.
