Wide Variety of Books exhibited in Book Fair at KCPS
Nawanshahr: KC Public School conducted Three- Day Book Fair from August 22 to August 24 in its premise. It is a consecutively seventh Book Fair organized by Scholastic India Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon. Mrs. Shawata Gandhi, Vice-Chairperson, KCGI and Brig. HS Bhandal, CEO, KCGI inaugurated the event.
A wide variety of books was exhibited during this Book Fair. General Awareness Books, Biographies, Story books, Drawing Books, History and Mythology based books were some of the attention holding books exhibited in this Book- Fair. Apart from the KC students and faculty members, a large number of students and teachers from outside visited the Book-Fair.
Encouraging the students, Mrs. Shaweta Gandhi said, Books are our best friends; books help us throughout our life and guide us in every situation. She motivated the students to read more and more books.
Brig. HS Bhandal, CEO KCGI also addressed the students and suggested to include books-reading time in their daily routine.
School Principal Dr. Munish Mohan Sharma thanked the executives of �Scholastic India� for conducting such a knowledgeable and valuable event in the School.
