KCGI got LOI for setting up of Community Radio Station
Nawanshahr: Very soon, KC Group of Institutions (KCGI) would be serving its society with the services of Community Radio Station (CRS). Recently, KCGI got Letter of Intent (LOI) from Central Government for setting up of a Community Radio Station in Media Department at KC School of Management & Computer Applications (KCSMCA).
Sharing her views upon this achievement, Dr. Shelly Rekhi Sharma, Principal KCSMCA said, "We've crossed a major milestone on the way to start CRS by getting LOI and we are well equipped now to start CRS in full swing very shortly." "This is also an opportunity for the students doing MEFT (Media, Entertainment & Film Technology) degree from KCSMCA for having hand on experience in the institute itself and also that students would be able to complete their Radio Training in institute only", she said.
Brig. HS Bhandal, CEO, KCGI said, "This will serve as a great exposure to the students and faculty and at the same time KCGI has once again been able to prove that KCGI is committed to its society and CRS will proved as an effective tool in our chain of society welfare acts."
