Students engraved creativity in Pot-painting Competition

Creativity enhances self-confidence and brings positivity which are the necessary approaches to live life happily and effectively. To make the students creative and innovative, competitions and contests are usually organized in KCGI. In the continuation, KC College of Education organized Pot-painting competition under the guidance of Dr. Rekha, Principal KC College of Education. Ten teams participated in this competition and engraved and painted their ideas and thoughts on pots. Dr. Shelly Rekhi Sharma, Principal KC School of Management and Computer Applications and Prof. Sapna Chadha from KC College of Education were judges of the event.

All the participants were divided into ten teams and each team was comprised of ten students. Every team gave its best and decorated the pots very beautifully based on their chosen themes such as Nature, Indian Culture, Culture at KCGI, Positivity etc. Apart from the colors, students also used decorative material to intensify the grace of pots. Some teams used waste material to decorate the pots and gave advice to lessen the waste and reuse the things wisely.

In this competition, Devki group won first prize, while Vikramjit group got second and Kamaldeep Group got third prize. Addressing the participants, Judges Dr. Shelly Rekhi Sharma and Prof. Sapna Chadha motivated the students to continue with their good work and to show their hidden talent and creativity. They congratulated the winner teams and complemented the participating teams also.
