RECRUITMENT METHODOLOGY
As per our Company's policy, we induct freshers from all branches and Streams at entry level usually through campus recruitment; we will offer them a Golden opportunity to work with NHI. Under which NHI will held 3 months training Program from February to April for interested Students and will provide Salary, Incentive and perks for achievement of target and absorb them in the permanent cadre of the company on completion of the training depending upon availability of vacancy and groom them for senior position. At times, we make mid - career recruitments for lateral entry.
- Training will be for 3 months, basically it will be a LEARN AND EARN PROCESS.
- Selection procedure for trainee involves the GD followed by Personal interview from the Campus itself by the NHI authority.
