Holi Celebrated at KC Polytechnic College, Nawanshahr on dated 05-03-2015
--Holi is the festival of Goodwill and Happiness—Er. R K Moom (Principal)
--students from Punjab and Bihar spread the colors together on each other.
The festival of colors Holi was celebrated on 5th March in K.C Polytechnic College under the guidance of the Chairman of K.C Group Mr. Prem Pal Gandhi and the C.E.O of K.C Group of Institutions Dr. Jatinder Singh Bal. On this day a Function was organized by the students of K.C Polytechnic College. Principal R.K Moom said on this occasion that Holi is a colorful festival of Goodwill and Happiness. Students performed dance and showed their singing talent as well. Beautiful Designs with Rangolli were also made by the students. Madam Jaswinder kaur began this function by telling the tale of ‘Holika’ related to this festival. Vice Principal Er. Gurnawab Singh also shared his views and told that we all are one and colors give us the message of love and Equality. Mrs. Monika Parihar H.O.D of Applied Sciences also talked about this festival and stated that such events enhance the Confidence of the talented students and provide the opportunities to show up their hidden talents. Students Manish Mangat, Dharmendra Kumar, Dharmender Chaudary, Naresh Kumar, Baljinder Kumar sang songs and students Yashwant kumar , Pappu kumar Dass, Ajay kumar danced on various numbers and entertain everyone present there.
In the end of this function students are rewarded with appreciation certificates. Vice Principal (Er. Gurnawab Singh), HOD ME (Er. Parwinder Kumar), Er. Janardhan Kumar, Er. Sunny Kumar, Er. Vishal Chopra, Er. Jaspreet Singh, Ms. Monika, Ms. Navdeep Kaur , Ms. Shweta Sharma, Ms. Manpreet Kaur , Ms. Balwinder Kaur and all the Students were present.
