A mesmerizing session delivered by Maninder Sachdev, has proudly served 39 years tenure in prime central government departments including the Central Bureau of Investigation, UPSC, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of culture, Delhi Vidyut board, and water and power consulting services (WAPCOS). She has been a resource person for prime Institutions namely CBI Academy, Election Commission of India, National Academy at customs indirect taxes and Narcotics (NACIN), Delhi Development Authority, Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar and many more. She also worked as an operation and maintenance officer at Delhi Vidyut Board (DVB). At present, she is a visiting faculty at CBI academy Ghaziabad. After her Retirement, she groomed herself as a master trainer in government rules and regulations.
Apart from government rules and regulations she also teaches soft skills like stress management, time management, and many more. Apart from all the achievements she had in her life she is also a social educator and looks after around 2500 underprivileged children living in slum areas and taking care of their education, employment, and social needs.
