Dr. Priyadarshi Jaruhar, Principal (KCIET) and Er. Predeep Singh Gill, Principal (KCP) welcomed the HR of the Company wholeheartedly and share productive material about the college with him.
HR Executive of the Company, Mr. Balwinder Singh started the process by introducing the Company profile to all students emphasizing on the promotional programs and the future aspects for them.
A rush of students from KC Polytechnic and surrounding colleges actively and intelligently took part in the Recruitment Process which started with a written test for checking the aptitude and technical skills of the students. Shortlisted students will be called for the final interview round at the Company Premises through calls and mails.
Campus Director Dr. B.S. Sandhu encouraged and motivated the students and promised them to make arrangements for more number of such reputed companies for bright career opportunities for them in the future.
Mr. Balwinder Kumar (T.P.O) and Ms. Aarti Sharma (P.R.O) handled the entire recruitment process gently and successfully with the support of Faculty members of KCGI.
The HR of the Company was entirely impressed with the students and the hospitality provided by the College Management and assured the Management about their future visit for Campus Placement and invited the students for Industrial visit to their plant.
