Students from Mechanical - 7th Semester visited "Malana Hydro Electric Power Plant"
This is our pleasure to inform you that students from Mechanical - 7th Semester visited "Malana Hydro Electric Power Plant" situated in Distt. Kullu on Oct 10, 2015 to experience practically the working of Power Plant. They were accompanied by the Head of Mechanical Department, Er. Ramesh Chand and two faculty members namely, Er. Sukhpreet Singh and Er. Deepak Sharma.
Students under the guidance of Mr. M.A Rasik ( Head of Electrical Department, MHEPP ) and Mr. Mukesh Sharma (Supervisor) experienced the generation of electricity using water as a source.
This visit helped in enhancing the technical skills of specially those students who want to pursue their career in NHPC, NTPC etc.
Students took and adhere a keen interest in nourishing this opportunity.
