TECHNOSANGRAM 2015

KC Group of Institutions wrapped its two days Techfest " TECHNOSANGRAM 2015" on OCT 29, 2015 Organised by the Marketing team of KC group of Institutions.

The fest was successful enough to attract as many as 20 neighbouring Schools and Colleges. The fest was executed with a total of 20 different technical, intellectual and art exploring events which were planned and organised at its best quality.

Among the events organised were Quiz on G.K, Group Discussion, Spell Bee, Instant Chart Making, Mehandi and Rangoli Competition, Nail art, various cultural events, Seminar presentation and so on.

Also in the line up was the creative model making in which Engineers and Pharmacists tried to create innovative models. Students participated with a very high competitive spirit to participate and with strong determination to include their achievements and accomplishments to their resumes.

Campus Director, Dr. B.S.Sandhu made the fest memorable by his inspiring presence on both the days. He motivated and encouraged the talents of the Host College Students and the neighbouring schools and colleges by awarding trophies to the winning teams and participating certificates to all the participants.

Principals from all the colleges namely Er. Pradeep Singh from Polytechnic College, Ms. Inderpreet Kaur from Management College, Ms. Kiran Chaudhary from Pharmacy and Dr. Saroj Sharma also made the fest grand by their presence. Faculty members and the supporting staff members contributed to the success of the fest by guiding and directing the students in preparing creative and innovative models, assisting the students for each and every event. Hospitality arrangements for the participating schools and colleges were excellent.

An important and the most attractive feature of Techfest was the presence of Sh. C.L. Kochchar ( Session Judge, Una ) as Chief Guest and Sh. Ashok Thakur ( District Vice President, Congress ) who with their lectures attracted the interest of all the faculty members and the students.

The results of all the events were mind blowing with M.I.A D.A.V securing first position in Seminar, S.S,R.V.M on the second position and KC Public School securing the third position at School level. At College level KC Group of Institutions acquired all the three positions in Seminar.

For Chart making S.S.R.V.M secured the first two positions and the third position was secured by M.I.A.D.A.V, Public school. At College level Shiksha Bharti College. Second and third position was secured by KC Group of Instituitons.

For Model Exhibition, S.S.R.V.M students hit the first prize, D.A.V Sr. Sec. won the second and the third prize was won by M.I.A.D.A.V. At college level, KC Group secured the first position , For second position their was a tie between Dev Bhumi College and Shiksha Bharti College of Education. and for the third position again a tie between C.S,E Department and Mechanical Department of KC group of Institutions was putforth.

For Mehandi Competition, S.S.R.V.M secured the first two positions and the third was secured by M.I.A.D.A.V, mehatpur. For Colleges KC Group Secured the first two positions and the third was secured by Shiksha Bharti College of Education.

These schools and colleges secured positions for all the remaining events as well.
