Tree Plantation & Adoption Drive
A tree plantation drive was successfully carried out by students and staff of KC Group of Research & Professional Institutes, Pandoga on February 22, 2021. The Mission of this drive was ‘Adopt a tree’ which means not only to plant a tree, but also to maintain these plants by proper watering and taking care of them. Under this drive, eleven trees were planted in college campus. This tree plantation drive was carried out under the supervision of Dr. Geetesh Goga (Principal, KCGRPI). B.Tech students of all the branches (Civil, Electrical, Computer Science & Mechanical) participated in this drive of adopting a tree.
On this occasion, Mr. Vivek Parihar, Campus director said that tree plantation is one of the best methods to decrease the world pollution. Dr. Geetesh Goga insisted that such exercise help inculcating a sense of appreciation to nature. Er. Balwinder Kumar (Principal KC polytechnic), Er. Sourav (HOD CE), Er. Rishi Dev Joshi (HOD EE), Er. Anjum (HOD CSE) and others were also present during the event.
